Prototype & Sampling
Pre-Production Prototype
The development of a pre-production prototype is a vital step in the overall production process. Before any production begins we will provide you with a custom prototype for your approval.
Post-Production Samples
After pre-production prototype approval NGD closely monitors the production process to assure you receive the exact product you ordered and that it meets your approved prototype. Our quality assurance teams thoroughly inspects your order assuring you it meets your specifications and quality demands. In addition we provide you with a production sample before shipment of the full order.
Shipping & Customs
NGD offers you a variety of choices for shipment of your order:
- CIF, EXW - Sea freight, FOB
- CIF, EXW - Air freight/express freight
- DDP - Deliver Duty Paid
- Factory direct to your door or warehouse.
Production lead time depends on the specifications of raw materials used. General guideline is 30 days plus shipping time.
